எழுத்தாளர், மேடைப் பேச்சாளர் மற்றும் பயிற்றுவிப்பாளரான அழகுநிலா “ஆறஞ்சு” (2015), “சங் கன்ச்சில்” (2019) என்ற இரண்டு சிறுகதைத் தொகுப்புகளையும் “சிறுகாட்டுச் சுனை” (2018) என்ற சிங்கப்பூர் மரபுடைமை பற்றிய ஒரு கட்டுரைத் தொகுதியையும் எழுதி வெளியிட்டுள்ளார். இவர் குழந்தைகளுக்காக நான்கு படப் புத்தகங்களை எழுதியுள்ளார்: “கொண்டாம்மா கெண்டாமா” (2016), “மெலிஸாவும் மெலயனும்” (2016), “மெலிஸாவும் ஜப்பானிய மூதாட்டியும்” (2018), “பா அங் பாவ்” (2019). சிங்கப்பூர் புத்தக மன்றத்தின் ‘Beyond Words 2015’ போட்டியில் “கொண்டாம்மா கெண்டாமா” நூல் பரிசு பெற்றது. சமூகத்தில் கலாச்சார பண்பாட்டு விழுமியங்களை உருவாக்கும் முனைப்போடு கடந்த எட்டு ஆண்டுகளாக தொடக்கநிலை மற்றும் உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு வகுப்புகள் எடுத்து வருகிறார். பொறியியலில் முதுகலைப் பட்டதாரியான இவர் ACTA சான்றிதழும் பெற்றுள்ளார்.

Azhagunila is a writer, public speaker, and trainer who has authored two collections of short stories, Oranju, Sang Kancil, and a collection of Singapore heritage articles, Sirukattu Chunai. She has published four picture books for young readers, Kondaamaa Kendaamaa, Melissavum Merlionum, Melissavum Japaniya Moothatiyum, and Pa Ang Bao. Kondaamaa Kendaama won the Beyond Words 2015 competition. She is motivated to promote culture and heritage, and conducts enrichment lessons for students. She holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and ACTA certification.
